USB2000 - UV/VIS Miniature Spectrometer with USB Interface

The USB2000 spectrometer is the response to the "phase-out model" ISA-Bus. It connects directly to a desktop or laptop PC via an USB interface. As it is very compact, USB2000 is suitable for use with mobile spectroscopic applications.

The Plug & Play technique allows for easy installing. The wavelength calibration is automatically read to the software, facilitating both installation and handling significantly.

The heart of the USB2000 is the optical bank from the tried-and-tested S2000 spectrometer. There are 14 different grids and 6 different input slits to choose from in the 200nm to 1100nm range. The USB2000 spectrometer needs no additional electrical supply as it has a built-in 12-bit A/D converter. The device can be connected directly to a PC or laptop via the USB port. A connection facility for the light source and a cuvette holder connection are incorporated. A cuvette holder for 10 mm cuvettes has been specially designed for the USB2000. A battery set is also available for network-independent operation.

Expand your USB2000's capabilities by adding a direct-attach accessory engineered specifically for the USB2000 spectrometer
